Monthly Rentals

Includes: Phone (local calls), cable TV, all utilities, curb garbage pick-up and check out cleaning fees. All linens are provided. Kitchens are fully equipped. Included are stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave oven, phone, pots & pans, silverware, glasses and miscellaneous service pieces.

Does Not Include: Maid service, laundry service or any other service that might be applied to a nightly or weekly rental.

 

Weekly Rentals

Same as above except that towel service and supply replacement on Monday, Wednesday and Friday.

 

Nightly Rentals

Daily maid service is provided.
